New Kudd.ly blanket is fab, soft and helping to reduce anxiety.
Sadly customer support has been awful. Due to an error by Kudd.ly I received 2 blankets when I only ordered 1. They are refusing to accept responsibility for the error even though I have sent email evidence. It has cost me nearly £17 to return the blanket.
Not impressed and would be reluctant to use Kudd.ly again
