I’ve found since using the blanket in the past week I have slept SO much better. As soon as I put it over me I instantly feel calm. The blanket weighs approximately 5kg and calms the central nervous system, relieves stress and provides a sense of security, it’s just like having a cuddle. I’m slightly addicted to using mine already, I mean who doesn’t love a cosy evening in? 😍.
